Thank you for the suggestion! I actually do own a heat pack but its a wheat heat pack which is pretty much almost the same thing and I use it a lot although I can’t be bothered to get it now since I’m already in bed. I have the electric blanket on so it eventually helps with the pain too.
Thanks again! Although sadly it’s taking forever and will take even longer to be fully recovered but oh well things could be worse.. I guess lol x
Pain finally settled down whilst I was sitting on the couch then I just had to decide to make my way to bed on crutches (well one) now everything hurts especially my pelvis/back not to mention my wrist and ankle… Ahh I’m so fucked up lol.
At least I’m in a warm bed :)
I don’t really plan to eat based on a weight loss calorie goal for much longer. I need 1,559 calories daily to lose 1kg a week although I’m not expecting to lose 1kg weekly whilst I’m sedentary and I need 2059 calories to maintain my weight.
Ill probably end up raising my calories to 1900 calories soon since its Winter and all.
All logged into my fitness pal neatly with 188 calories left over for my weight loss goal which works out pretty well. Oatmeal for breakfast, fruit+ veggie juice for lunch, Atkins snack bar and then a chicken salad wrap for dinner and ill most likely use the 188 calories left over on an apple.
I’m going to help mum with her filing tomorrow so it’ll be nice to have something to do. WAS thinking about using 188 calories for a 165ish coffee from a cafe to help me stay alert working plus coffee is delicious but I probably won’t but we shall see.

Mum made fresh homemade bread tonight and it’ll be ready to eat soon and theirs nothing better then warm fresh bread ;) I’m 500 calories off from my maintenance goal anyway and I’ve ate healthy all week so far plus it isn’t the unhealthiest thing in the world and only like 150 calories.
So no guilt at all :P
